Black Bean Burger
6 burgers
Ingredients
½ cup cabbage
½ cup finely chopped red pepper
1 fresh jalapeno pepper diced
1 15 oz can of black beans or 16 oz fresh cooked
¼ cup diced tomatoes drained
2 tablespoons arrowroot
½ cup of Garbanzo flour
½ cup bread crumbs or tortilla crumbs
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon marjoram
2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon fennel seed
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon Asafoetida
2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
Directions:
Saute cabbage, red pepper, jalapeno pepper and asafetida in olive oil or coconut oil. With a potato masher gently mash half the beans. Then add to the mixture remainder of ingredients. Mix well then add remainder of whole beans into mixture.

2 Tablespoons Vegenaise
1 avocado mashed
1/8 teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon lime zest
4 teaspoon lime juice
4 teaspoons fresh cilantro chopped
