Beans. I thought it would be fun to feature a bean every week. Most of us cannot tell one bean from another. There are many. There are also different ways to prepare and cook them. So this week, I would like to feature my favorite bean the Azuki bean.
The Azuki bean is great for weigh tloss and contains high levels of B vitamins. They benefit you with iron, zinc and manganese, all of which are excellent for the entire body. It is a tiny red bean which can sprout if you want it to. That's a great sign because it's alive.
