                                            Mini Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies makes about 18

                                            Ingredients:
                                            1 cup butter, softened
                                            1/2 cup confectionery sugar
                                            1/2 cup cornstarch
                                            1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
                                            1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

                                            Directions:
                                            1.  With an electric mixer, mix together the butter and confectionery sugar
                                            2.  Sift together the flour and the corn starch and mix gradually into the butter mixture.  Add chocolate chips.
                                            3.  Shape dough into little balls of about 1 1/4 " in diameter.  Place on non-greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 for 20- 25 minutes.
